He originally got our gate working properly about a year ago and added a deadbolt.  Someone was climbing over our fence which caused the gate to move lower toward the ground and deadbolt would not work.  He repaired it quickly and kept me in the loop as when he would have time to squeeze my repair into his busy schedule. He also called to let me know what time he would arrive.  He was efficient and I will refer him as well as call him again.
