Window Service
James said that the work will be done in 10 days at most, after twice that time I called him. He finally came but much later than the set appointment time. His work was messy. He did not give me a receipt. Most importantly, the job was inadequate. The whole purpose of this window blind was to provide full darkness in the room. That was not accomplished. When I told him the room still gets light, and asked to replace or refund the money he refused.
