We have been happily using John Speck since we moved in to our new home 1 1/2 years ago. We have given him long lists of tasks including faucet installation, lighting installation, dry wall repair, replacing all door handles, knobs and electrical switches and outlets. John is very professional and personable. He is always on time and lets you know what your costs will be. We definitely call him as soon as we need anything done at our house!

John is a perfectionist. We handed him a list of jobs....he was here early and left late for 2 days. Awesome service! Great value for his bill. Left the house clean every evening and hauled away all the old stuff. #1 choice for home repairs!

He was very professional, efficient and honest. He will quote prices, which was great. I gave him a list of things that I needed done and he gave me estimates of what those would probably cost. He was quite persistent so when there is a problem that he couldn't quite figure out, he just continued until he figured it out.

John is amazing. Gets right to work, does it "by the book", and always explains what he will do clearly. He has been to my home before and installed a ceiling fan that time. He is fast, tidy, and thorough. His prices are very reasonable, and he's always happy too. I would recommend him wholeheartedly!

Did not complete work. Did not show up for rescheduled appointment. No response for days after several phone message attempts. Received a phone call days later from plumber (son of owner) who was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He said he did not keep the appointment because there were no cars in front of my house. However, he did promise a full refund. Since then, no response to phone calls, email, and signed certified letter. Had to hire another plumbing company to complete job. No refund or contact since 4/22/10.

"Member has a very old house, with very used plumbing. Mike Litalien owner of San Clemene Plumbing is a Master Journeyman Plumber, the highest it goes in this trade. We snaked the sewer at Member's and cleared the line of waste. We were contacted by her again within the next few days saying she was backed up again, this was a Saturday. We work by appointment only on Saturday, the office is not open. She was contacted on Monday, but she had someone else come out on Saturday. Snaking of a sewer line in a house as old as Member's comes with no warrenty. Also, the home owner calls a different company out everytime she has a problem. We have been in business since 1974 in South Orange County and this was our first time out to Member's. It makes a hugh differnce when we know the house and it's plumbing by doing repeat business for the same house. She paid for her sewer being snaked we cleared it and she still wants her money back. Member signed our invoice upon completion of the work as being satisfied and that is all we need! I'm not sure why she has it out for the owners son, but we are sorry for any misunderstanding she may have had with our company."
