Property Management
The owner of the company worked with me before she was with the Rental Center and she helped me find great tenets. Even now she fully services the property and I've not even had to drive down there in around 2 years because she takes care of everything. She charges a 6% of the rent and it's well worth it because she anticipates everything before it even happens and does a great job!
She's like Wayne Gretzky in that she sees a potential issue and addresses it before it become a huge problem! If it's a quick fix she will just take care of it, but she won't incur any cost without consulting me first.
