Red Carpet Pool Service broke ground during the spring of 1990. Since that time, I have worked in the Orange County area building my reputation in the community as an exceptional pool service provider. I am chemically certified and have been trained by N.S.P.A. approved instructors on pool plumbing, water hydraulics, plaster care, and water chemistry. It is imperative that I maintain my philosophy of a one-man operation. As the sole owner and operator of Red Carpet Pool Service I am confident that I have created a pool service that reflects the needs of all residential pool homeowners. I am able to offer my clients a consistent level of exceptional service and attention to detail while maintaining a personal, hands-on approach to all aspects of the operation. In short, I am reliable, honest, and trustworthy.

The service went well. They worked on our 40,000 gallon pool. They did exactly what the deal stated. I do not think I was home while they did the service, but I was pleased with the outcome. They were punctual and I had no issues with scheduling.

"Unfortunately I had to stop service and quit servicing the (removed member name) account. (removed member name) thinks because it takes him longer than 6-12 minutes to service his very small spa according to him, I was giving him half of what he paid for. For my spa accounts I clean the spa with a vacume and net spa and brush tile, use a chemical strip to check chems and empty baskets. That does not take long when the spa is clean when I get there and I have been cleaning pool and spa's since 1990 I never leave a yard with a dirty pool or spa. I spend as much time in your yard as it takes, I do not get paid by the hour rather by the job. Sometimes it takes me longer after a strong wind, I do not get paid more for that, I have a flat rate. I desided it would be best to just quit rather than continue service as with each scathing E-mail that Happiness was not going to be an option in this situation, I explained that life is too short and that It would be better If (removed member name) persude his right to happiness elsewhere. Thank you anyways for the review as I need more reviews.I am sure to my abilities to serve that This should be my only C rating becase my client base appriates my dilagence to serve others with the utmost of care. My wife and I have been using Red Carpet Pool Service for over a year now and it's hands down the best service out there. I say this for a few reasons...First, Chris's pool service pays for itself and then some. When we first decided to use Chris we were running our pool pump for 8 hours in the summer and 4 in the winter because our previous two providers had said this was the minimum time possible. Chris immediately cut our pump time in half saving us over $100 a month, more than his service actually costs!!! Second, Chris takes the time to explain in-depth any answers to questions you may have and more importantly to us, how exactly our pool and pump operates. This was very important to my wife and I, being first time pool owners. He really went above and beyond answering all of our questions. And lastly, Chris is 100% dependable and cares about his customers, something we were unable to find with our previous two pool service providers. Red Carpet Pool Service is a five-star service that pays for itself both financially and with peace of mind. Thanks Chris

We are very happy with the service and cleaning of our pool! Had 2 other companies previously but until Chris began servicing our pool a year ago we didn't know how sparkly and clean it could be! He helped us lower our electric bill too - by over $100 per month! We are able to run our filter system 2 hours/day (15,000 gal. pool) because of him. Previously we were told by others 5hours /day in winter and 6 hours/day in summer - lots of wasted energy!! We highly recommend Red Carpet pool service.

The interesting thing is that the initial work in replacing the faulty valve was outside the service Red Carpet Pool Service provides, Chris facilitated the repair through a one of his contacts. He said "I'm just doing what I can to help". I say it's much more than that!
Net, net, my pool was reopened in 2 days. By the way, this was the hottest streak in that summer 3 years ago. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a thoughtful and conscientious pool service provider. Over the years, Chris's attention to detail has been way beyond my expectation. Along with his attentiveness, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to all things pool related.
If you want a sparkling blue pool and the confidence to know it will stay that way, Red Carpet Pool Service is the answer and Chris is you man...

Chris comes weekly and my pool has never lasted better. He treats it as his own. He is extremely knowledgeable. I can trust when he says he will clean the filter, the filter will be clean.
