Roger Quigley was either late or didn't show up at all. He would rarely call if he was late. One time he asked me to call him to remind him to come to work. He does good work but is highly unreliable. I will never use him again. Also, he quoted me $125 and then charged me $255. I ended up paying $225.
Description of Work: I hired Roger Quigley on August 27, 2005. He was to repair a hole in my ceiling with drywall and paint. The hole was approximately 4' x 4'. He quoted me a price of $125. The first day he was to begin work he called and said he would be late. It went downhill from that point on. Either he wouldn't show up at all or he was late. At least three times he said he was sick. And one time when he was supposed to come by it was raining and he said he doesn't work when it rains (The work was inside). It took him five months to do a very small project. He is the most unreliable handyman I have ever known. It is unfortunate because he does good work but I will never use him again.
