Dave Erickson was perfect. He removed fluorescent ballasts, cleaned the popcorn ceiling, patched, textured, installed six can lights, and painted in three days. He is professional, punctual, always communicated what he was doing, and cleaned up beautifully. We highly recommend him for anything you need done. Thank you, Dave!!

The rep was pleasant but left for Home Depot upon arrival to get supplies. Didn't return for 3 hours. Good news is he completed install of a small broken window in the living room very quickly - was a good job. He then proceeded to scrape off a wallpaper strip in the kitchen (he had that and 2 other bedrooms to do - he said it would take most of the day). After ~1 hr, he started to complain that it was very difficult to remove, then he complained about kitchen smells making his stomach ill. He said he couldn't do the job anymore. I paid him $120 and we called it a day. He seemed whimp-ish about it all and I felt he really didn't want to do the hard work. I would not use him again.

On time, worked tremendously hard. We had to readjust the price from the estimate but the result was fair. Hopefully we will see the quality of work when El Nino arrives.
