We got estimates from several general contractors and then opted to have Dave and Palazzo homes manage subcontractors and we just paid Dave a monthly project management fee. The results are fantastic. Dave is conscientious, has great rapport with the subcontractors, is very responsive and does quality work. I estimate we saved over $100,000 (based on the bids from the general contractors) and finished the job earlier than we would have with a general. Plus, at the end of the project, Dave was a friend and we would hire him again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend him.
