The owner and workers arrived on time: the specific nature of the job and its length were detailed by the owner, who also introduced the workers and their specific tasks and an approximate time duration. Nearing the end of the job, I was consulted as to the height I desired the remaining stumps to be left. The job was completed within the timeframe; the workers cleaned up, returning patio furniture to its original location. They were cordial, expressing their gratitude and hope on behalf of the company to be considered for future projects.

They were very thorough in the explanation of what the scope of work would be and quoted a reasonable price. They were also very adept about explaining all the permits and dig alerts that would be required for the job to proceed. The tree came down and the tree and stump were gone by 3:00 in the afternoon.

From the initial estimate to the final payment, Wes was a pro! He took the time to explain every step of the process. He shared his license and insurance information, which was very comforting with a high risk job. His crew was efficient, pleasant and did everything as agreed upon. We ended up with an unplanned, last minute addition to the project, and this was no problem. I’m extremely pleased with the results, and would highly recommend North County tree. Definitely will call them again, when I need tree service.

We have a pond full of fish and some pricey succulents and everything was fine. They followed all requests, especially the one to not top any trees. They cleaned up all the trimmings and cleared both the drive and the street. The trees have never looked better. I highly recommend this team to everyone!
