I contacted Mission Plumbing about a problem with 3 toilets that has been ongoing for 4 years and we were just tired of fixing the mechanism inside the tank. We'd ordered 3 new toilets and when Chris came and looked at it, he said , "I will do whatever you want me to, but I think I can fix these toilets and it would be a lot less than replacing them". we agreed to give it a try and so far we couldn't be happier. The flush mechanisms just seem more robust and we are hopeful that the problem is fixed once and for all. instead of $1500 we spent $330!! we have used Mission Plumbing before and will again. Chris is an honest guy and knows his stuff. well done!!!

Excellent and as expected

Excellent. The troubleshooting over the phone was an unexpected surprise, and I was able to fix one of the two issues over the phone. Which showed me there was more emphasis on helping me fix the problem, than collecting a service fee.

Great on-time professional service. Casey called when about 10 min away from our home, arrived better than on-time and completed the job within 30 minutes. Left the area clean and neat. 

By far the best plumber we've used. Chris talked me through turning the water off to a broker shower so we could restore water to the rest of our house until the fixture could be fixed/replaced. He was responsive and professional. I'll definitely use them again.

All went well. We are pleased with the working results.

Mission Plumbing responded the same day & were able to send a plumber early that afternoon.  He was very kind and professional.  Upon my request he was able to install a new garbage disposal.  Because I requested a higher end model than they carry on the truck, he went to the warehouse and was able to install it that same afternoon. We were very pleased with their service!

the plumber arrived on time. the job took over 4 hours. I appreciated his professionalism. the work was done at my mother in laws house and she is in her late 80's and is often a difficult customer. he was patient with her and she commented to me that he "took care not to make a mess".
I have used them before and will again for sure. Good job !!

We have a rental and were having guests come that same day.  I called these guys and they came within a few hours.  Very prompt, and got the drains cleared out.  Great service!  Thanks Chris.

The initial work was not what I asked for.  I called the owner Chris who had done a prior job for me . He fixed the problem to exactly what I wanted, and it functions perfectly.

I’ve used them two or three times. I love everything about it. They were there when they said they were going to be. If something came up, they contacted me immediately. They were all amazing and polite. They worked hard and did great work.

Just had a new washer and dryer delivered and before the end of the setup we had water leaking from the floor boards.  The installer had me turn off the water to the house, took a few photos to cover himself and left us to pick up the mess.  With no water to the house and it being 4:00 in the afternoon I went to Angie's List and found Mission Plumbing.  After a quick call and explanation of the circumstances I had a person in route almost immediately.  Gerardo showed up in no time and along with my husband diagnosed the problem.  Turns out that when the original contractor soldered the pipe he did not clean off the flux which resulted in a corroded pipe that spouted the leak when disturbed by the installer.  Gerardo installed a new pipe and we were back in business.  Thank you Gerardo and thank you Mission plumbing for your quick response.  I am looking forward to using my new washing machine.

It went well.  Mission Plumbing was persistent about fixing this strange problem.  We had a low surge and because from the 
outside there  didn't seem to be a reason I almost gave up figuring this was just the way it was going to be.    Mission Plumbing ended up taking off the toilet and finding a toothbrush  that was lodged deep inside the cavity of the toilet.   I appreciated very much their diligence in fixing this.  The customer service is also bar none.  They take the time to make a follow-up call after services are performed to check in and assure customer satisfaction.  Oustanding business on all fronts!!

I originally started calling plumbers when we noticed a leak under our sink.  I had a terrible time finding someone.  Finally made arrangements with another plumber to come fix the leak the next morning and waited most of the morning.  They eventually called to tell me they couldn't make it.  I started calling again and eventually got to Mission Plumbing.  They were very professional from the beginning.  They scheduled a time to be at my house that day and the plumber showed up right on time.  He stopped the leak but didn't have all the parts to fix everything that was wrong due entirely to the way the original plumber had installed our RO system.  He got everything stabilized so  we could turn the water back on and made an appointment for the next day.  He again arrived on time and completed all the work.  He was very professional and neat.  I would definitely use them again.

He came right out the very next day after me calling for services.  They put on the booties so as not to mess my home.  He did 5 sinks and 4 toilets.  That was very reasonably priced for all that work.  He also looked at my spicket which he came back to fix.  They were wonderful. 

We were very impressed with our entire experience with Mission Plumbing & Heating. We were able to get an appointment with no problems. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. The price quoted was excellent and the work that needed to be done was clearly explained. The work was done quickly and our bathroom was spotless when finished. I would highly recommend using this professional, trustworthy, quality company.

The plumber arrived during the arranged time window.  He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and gave us advice about how to handle the leak in the room below.  He was friendly and efficient and we are very happy with the service we received.
