He listed my home in September of 2014..  Scott went above and beyond by recommending that I do some minor yard updates, add accessories to the vacant home and taking professional photographs.  I received a great offer on my home and was able to sell it rather quickly compared to others in my neighborhood.
I work full time and good not be there for the showings so I relied on Scott to be there.  He was always very professional and was very easy to work with.  I received several offers on the property and Scott was able to weed through them and make sure I got the best terms.
I would highly recommend Scott because he really does but his clients first.  A lot of agents say this, but Scott truly does this.
