+ -1 moreI called on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 to cancel the order and was on hold for over an hour. Finally I spoke to Cheri who initially refused th cancel the order and refund the ONE charge. She claimed there was no second charge. I convenced her to cancel the order. She said she would talk with her manager, cancel the order and refund the ONE charge. I looked at my bankd account on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 and neither charge has been removed from our bank account.
Description of Work: My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to our home on Saturday, May 18, 2013 for our wedding anniversary, but the flowers were not delivered. My husband call the shop on Monday, May 20, 2013, and was promised the flowers would be delivered that day. The flowers were not delivered. The shop also charged our bank account twice.
