I want to give a huge shout out and THANK YOU to GRANT at Lowe's San Clemente. He and Josue and Matt went above and beyond to help me with a Gazebo I was purchasing!!!!!!! Money was paid for the Gazebo, helped me sign up for a Lowes card which gave me a discount. Can't say enough praises for this young man!!!!!!

They were very nice. Very clean. It was nice and good. I didn't have to do anything. They brought in a vacuum and were very clean; I did not have to do anything. It was just a nice, smooth transition.

We installed it at the end of August and by the first week in September it was not working. The belt broke and apparently it was a fairly common problem because the belt was on back order until next month. It is still under warranty but its taking much longer.
