You have to imagine being in a home with a slab leak and unusable subterranean plumbing. For weeks. Bottled water everywhere. Mike and his team came in with a great price and an even better plan. Lomanaco Coast Plumbing told us they'd have the job done in ONE DAY! After weeks of haggling with our insurer and the remediation company, we had our water system back up and running after ONE DAY of work. Mike didn't send out a couple of guys to log multiple 8-hour days. No, he sent in a team of eight guys who just swarmed over the house and got it done. It was poetry in motion! And on top of that, water now flows faster than before and since all hot lines are insulated, hot is freakin' HOT and stays HOT. I called Mike and he responded promptly and helped answer all questions that I had. He facilitated the entire project, coordinating between plumbing, drywall, paint, and the water filtration system. Contacted about 6 plumbers in the San Clemente area to replace a ice make valve that I could not loosen. As it was an easy job for a plumber and I already had the replacement valve, thought it would be a no brainer. Only received two replies. One was Mike at Lomanaco Plumbing and the other was from another local guy who wanted a minimum of $189! Followed up with Mike who was able to work me into his schedule at 5pm on a Friday. Showed up right on time and was able to replace the valve even though the main couldn't be completely closed. Hooked up the water line to the frig and made sure it was functional. I was very happy with his professionalism and fair price. Would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to others. Thanks Mike!

My house water filter housing sprung a leak. The original installer only installed an on/off valve which left us without house water. Mike installed a bypass system which allows us to use unfiltered water until I can sort out the warranty issues with the manufacturer.  I have used Lomonaco many times prior always with excellent response time, quality work and reasonable prices. I highly recommend him.
