Lifetime Flooring

The subcontractors themselves did a decent job.  My problem is with the sales person.  He would not supply samples, and it was extremely difficult to make decisions.  We were limited to using only tile stores of which he approved, and he rushed me around in a couple of hours to make important selections that I really needed to live with for a week instead of only two days.  I often had to call him numerous times before he would respond, stating that he forgot about me.  I don't believe the prices were very competitive, but they also weren't extravagant.  He also would just show up without calling when he was least expected, and did not show up when he was scheduled.  Very unprofessional. 



The guy who laid the wood floors appeared angry with the salesman, especially since the salesman's measurements were insufficient for the amount required.

Asante has always exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail and follow-up is great. His workers take a lot of pride in their work. His crew has been with him for at least ten years and it makes a difference. In a few cases we've had material defects and Asante went above-and-beyond to work with the manufacture and remove-replace at his cost. Unusual for someone in this business.

They do a lot of work for our business.  It was reasonable for the amount of the work they did and the quality.  The owner is very professional.  He is very attentive to our needs.  He is just a great person overall.

THIS COMPANY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB OF INSTALLING MY TILE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN DECIDING HOW TO DESIGN THE LAYOUT. THE WORK CREW WAS FAST AND COURTEOUS.
