LifeSource Mortgage company was founded in 2006 by already seasoned loan officer Shannon Gray. Shannon felt that large mortgage institutions were impersonal and just focused on their bottom line. LifeSource Mortgage was created to serve and educate our clients while guiding them through the home loan process. There are many mortgage brokers Orange County, but our advantage lies with our team members. Our loan officers have the heart of a teacher and we believe in doing business with honesty, integrity, and open communication.

Fast forward to this year (2013), since refinance rates were so low I decided to reach out to Shannon again. Well, let me tell you the excellent service I got the first time around was no different this time. He ran the numbers and figured out I would save about $400 a month by doing a refi. So my mortgage payment dropped, I got a new rate at 3.5% and with a lender credit ended up paying nothing out of pocket.
The gist of it is, I would recommend Shannon and LifeSource Mortgage if you are thinking of a refinance or buying a home. In fact, I always tell my family and neighbors about them!
Note: Their office is based in Orange County (San Clemente), but don't let that deter you if you live in LA County, or anywhere else in California. With emails and fax, I never had to drive all the way down there to get them the appropriate documents they needed. In fact, I believe they can do home loans all over the state of CA.
