It went well; I was very pleased with him. He was very knowledgeable and he knew exactly what to do. He was pretty fast; he did not take very long to fix it.

They seem to be pretty direct and honest. He showed up on time and did the job. He did the job for what he quoted, which seemed to be pretty fair and honest.

Leonard was prompt and professional upon arrival. Cleaned and checked a/c connections and frreon level. Washed off debris and refilled freeon. Although I have an older unit(circa 1988) Leonard did not try to sell me on a new unit. He explained with proper care I could get possibly get two more years out of my current a/c. I would use and recommend Lentz air in the future.

Overall experience was good. However original problem wasn't fixed. Had to have someone else out to fix the original problem. Leonard had two tries at it and couldn't find the source of the problem. It is intermittent so it is hard for anyone to diagnose.

We decided not to get the job done since we weren’t using the equipment. It was not a firm estimate and we just wanted to know as to what was wrong with that equipment. They were very polite, professional and friendly. There was nothing in particular that stood out about them. They were very responsive and came on time. They weren’t perfect but were fairly good. If need be, then I would consider using their services for an estimate in the future.

I called Leonard early on a Friday morning (before 7am), and he called me back promptly (within 30 minutes). He was able to come to my home to look at my A/C that very same day, which was very impressive considering the heat wave we were having those few days. He went through every part of the system and quickly determined what part was bad (the circuit board). He then picked up the part on Monday and installed it at lunchtime. He was prompt (even early) for both service calls and was very professional. He was detailed, thorough, and friendly and also did a complete inspection and testing of my compressor as part of his service calls. I would definitely call him again with any A/C or heating issues.

I called today to get work done planning on waiting a few days and was pleasantly surprised when Leonard said he would be there today as he didn't want me to be cold. He found the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done. The work was done quickly and professionally. He also explained what I easily could do to improve furnace efficiency. I will definitely call Leonard again for any future repairs or upgrades.

A/C was not working. Mr. Lentz repaired and serviced the system which had never been serviced before. He was knowledgeable as to the likely cause of the problem. After making repairs, he thoroughly taped up the unit to stop leaks and improve system performance. I was very impressed with his work and felt that the price charged was more than fair. I would not hesitate to use his service in the future.

What he did was thorough and professional.

Very good experience. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and noticed a few other maintenance issues that needed to be dealt with. He said he needed to order the pump and that it would be a few days. He called promptly when it arrived and set up an appt. to finish the job. He filled me in on everything and showed me exactly what he was going to do. He was professional, personable and gave me some tips and advice on the unit. He also did some routine cleanup to the outside A/C unit. In spite of the heat (we were having a heat wave), he worked in the attic until the job was done.

Leonard was extremely professional from beginning to end. He was prompt, courteous and showed great detail to his work. We had a couple of questions after the job was done and Leonard quickly responded to us, he didn't treat us like we were just another job he was finished with. We are extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend Lentz Air. We looked at other companies and just weren't as impressed with them as we were with Lentz.

Leonard Lentz called to confirm our appointment, showed up on time, and was very professional. I will use him again in the future.

On Time, job completed quickly, very cost effective, no added or surprise costs. Very straight forward, and very nice person.

I ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIM. HE WAS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE WAS DOING. I LIKED IT. I ACTUALLY KNOW HIM, BUT WHAT I PARTICULARLY LIKED ABOUT HIM IS THAT I COULD TRUST HIM.
