Even though we did all of the installing ourselves, ISS Designs was helpful with suggestions and tips for our projects. Their website is also clear, detailing the specs of the shelving options (wall-mounted vs ceiling-compression, etc.) and accessory equipment. We have used both types of mounting systems, and they have held up well over the years -- the study back in 2005, and the livingroom in 2008. Should point out that the shelving boards are MDF, which we used in the study. For the livingroom, we wanted something more presentable and natural, so ended up obtaining real wood shelves from another vendor (a cabinet maker/carpenter). ISS Designs continued to be helpful and provide us with the hardware: metal wall-mounted standards, bookends and brackets -- which are made of solid, well-made aluminum. Side note: They offer Google checkout as a payment option.

ISS used supplied measurements to quickly produce 3D images of my three systems - I was able to see what I was getting - I was able to tweak them to perfection. Delivery was quick, on time - all parts were in the boxes and the shelves and poles were in pristine condition. The paint on the poles and the paint on the shelves were, indeed, the same shade of white! Response to an installation issue was immediate and helpful. The price was excellent and the service was professional and way above and beyond. I highly recommend this company, it's people and very importantly it's product.
