Today I had Higher Power Electrical come out to install a Level 2 EV charger at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the electrician was incredibly respectful, easygoing, and professional. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, making sure I understood each step of the installation. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything—from the panel upgrades to the placement of the new breaker. It wasn’t just a quick install and go; he made sure I was fully informed and comfortable with the work being done. He also showed me the new NEMA 14-50 outlet and explained that it was installed to meet the proper approval and safety standards, which gave me great peace of mind. The attention to detail and clear communication throughout made the experience smooth.

This was such an easy process all due to Higher Power. They coordinated everything from permits to inspections to turn off and ons. All while I was away and constantly kept in contact with progress. Absolutely blown away by the service I received. For reference I had them upgrade my electrical panel from 100 to 200 AMPs, install an EV charger, and swapped two entry way lights. Both lights were over 14 feet high.

Said he would be here between 8-9, arrived just after 8. Answered all questions and completed the job very fast. Also he gave a thorough explanation of what was done.

Brian Roberts showed up to my residence on March 27th. He claimed he left the electrical breakers to be replaced in his personal vehicle, and that he would look in my electrical panel and come back and complete the job the next morning. He returned Friday morning worked about 30 35 minutes. When I went out to inspect the work I had one less breaker (that was for one of my air conditioning units) also the very top breaker for the solar panels was no longer 4040 it was now 30 40 Mr Losacco who came out and properly replaced the breaker back to 4040. Explain to me that the 30-40 breaker was not up to the proper electrical code. I paid Brian Roberts I would like a full refund for the work that he did. I have to have another technician come out it's correct everything he did.

Brian Roberts was excellent in doing and completing the job we hired him for. He was punctual and very pleasant to deal with. He also completed the job efficiently. I would certainly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a good electrician.
