I had such great experience with Jim when I hired him for a small project I had with my water heater room door. He was always very responsive and polite. He showed up on time and the job was done really quickly and nicely. I highly recommend this handyman to everyone.

Jim Gross did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations, He bid on the replacement of an exterior door based on the photos I sent. When he arrived, it was more than he expected but lived up to his price and constantly checked in with me to meet my expectations. He provided advice on the proper hardware and paint to purchase for him and he provided a professional finished installation that has enhanced the value of my house.

Jim was a great handyman. He called me a couple of times to verify times and let me know his ETA. He showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner with great results. He cleaned up after himself and left the area spotless. Would definitely hire him again and recommend him for handy projects around the house. 5 stars!

I did tell you the sliding door and door frame was damaged, that my fix was temporary, and your door and frame would require replacing at some point. I did all I could do to make it operate and gave you a discounted price for my service. Best of luck with your door."

His craftsmanship is over the top and he also makes it a point not to collect any money until we are totally satisfies. We wouldn't use anyone else !
