Called Greenwall per a friends recommendation. They came out and actually hydro-jetted for 30 minutes. The short time and low amount of work was due to faulty equipment (hydro-jet had low pressure) which they fixed after 1.5hrs on the phone. Just as I was going to complain at the price vs work when Tom told me he would come out to do additional work for free to compensate for the equipment problems. So when it came time to do the compensating work, Tom referred me to another plumber whom told me there was a charge . I am not saying Greenwall damaged my drains, or did not notice that the hydro-jetter had a problem, it just is too-little work for the price and being passed-off was unprofessional.
