GOTCHA COVERED ROOFING

1. When the job was completed, I found a lot of things that were wrong. Some of the roofing tiles were not mortar down. There were broken tiles that were not replaced. They did not installing flashing at one area of the roof that was badly needed. Vent caps that should of been replaced was not. I found all this to be very alarming. They did correct the problems. However, I later found additional problems such as other tiles missing. The tiles laid along the edge of the roof was too far in leaving a gap along the sides. I did not attempt to call them to fix it because they were very difficult and unpleasant to deal with. 2. The biggest problem now is that after so many years, I found there are numerous small slow leaks on my roof. The leaks were not evident until recently. 3. I do not plan to call Gotcha Covered to see if they would be willing to fix the leaks because I have learned that I don't have much recourse after 4 years. 3. I am writing hear to warn others of Gotcha Covered and Robert Xavier Miranda, the owner. They are careless, incompetent, and deceptive. Perhaps it is because I am a woman and I don't understand roofing and they took advantage of me. Regardless, I highly recommend that your stay away from Gotcha Covered.
