Fitness Elite

I and couple of my friends went for Yoga Classes as this was one of the yoga studios with a great Hatha Yoga instructors-- very difficult to find in Orange County. The instructor had a good sized classed and incorporated meditation and good balance of poses to provide authentic yoga lesson-unlike most places that are Fads and not really true yoga. The management arbitrarily decided to cancel this class inspite the solid following this instructor had. I recall over 10-15 students lodging protests but there was no communication about the reasons. I went for 2-3 months and didn't think much so stopped going all together

It’s a wonderful gym. I used to take yoga classes there and I really enjoyed the classes. It’s a full service gym for women; it’s very comfortable and the staff there is very nice.
