They were easy to contact, and punctual. They arrived precisely as they said and were able to repair the water heater for a very reasonable charge. I have called them again for routine service of the water heater (very few companies in my area service Rinnai water heaters) as well as for routine plumbing issues.

Went and bought a new water heater from HD. They could not get their act together to have it installed. Went through Angie's list for 4 plumbers, and DC Plumbers gave me a competitive bid for install, and was able to send out Matt within 2 hours, same day. Matt, was a miracle worker, as the 20+ year old water heater was contained in a tight outside closet attached to house, he had to cut away a bush and remove the doors to get old out, and installed new one, what a dude!!! I called DC Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning on a Thursday morning after being referred to them by a neighbor, and was pleased to find that the dispatcher was very courteous and knowledgeable, and was able to get me a same day appointment as it was getting warm out and my AC was not blowing cool air. In less than two hours I had a call from the office telling me the technician was on his way, right on time for my scheduled appointment. When Damian arrived he was polite, professional, uniformed and set to work right away inspection my air conditioning unit. After running several tests on it he offered me the option of repairing the AC, but suggested it was due to be replaced because of age. He kindly waited while I called my husband and we compared his price quote with that of other local companies. After finding out that the cost he offered me, with installation and a warranty, was lower than the other companies we contacted we asked him to go ahead and install the new system. He worked efficiently, cleaned up well behind himself when he was finished and was done before long. He even took the time to explain their labor and parts warranties, and to inspect my heater and replace my filters so that it would be good to go when the weather cools down. I was surprised and happy that I could have a new system installed so quickly and at such a competitive rate. My house is nice and cool now and I have a new company to use for any plumbing, heating, or air conditioning needs.
