In summary, this was a great experience!
I was first referred to them by a co-worker, and I was so glad I took the time to meet with them. Bill & Jeremy were my two main contacts, with Bill being my primary agent. They are brothers, and they work in tandem in everything that they do. It is kind of like getting two agents for the price of one!
My house sold in 2.5 months after a few near misses. The short sale I bought took longer to close (5 months), but that was really due to the bank's process. Bill was super supportive through all of this.
My fiance's house went into escrow after only 7 days on the market and we got more than it was listed for. Different market
Some of my favorite things include:
- Provided market information for me to review.
- Great balance of friendly and professional attitude.
- Family run business. Their dad (Bob) even showed me one house.
- Willing to negotiate on rates because they were helping me buy and sell. Negotiated further on my fiance's house.
Every real estate market is different, but I can tell you that I was very impressed with their knowledge about what was happening during my transactions. These guys know customer service, which is why I used them so many times and am recommending them here.
If you are in the need for an agent in the south OC area, I highly recommend giving Bill or Jeremy a call and giving them a shot at earning your business.
