From the beginning of my conversations with Coast Valley, things went swimmingly. They did a great job of moving us into our new house. Everything was done efficiently and responsibly. We also hired them to pack for us and that also went incredibly well (the price includes a full day of 1 guy packing in addition to the 3-person move the next day. The guys were very careful to protect our items and walls, bannisters, etc. I only wish that I hired them to unpack for us!
Minor thing: there was a minor communication failure that resulted in an unnecessary delay. It cost us about 20 minutes... no biggie but time is money when moving so I thought I should mention it.
I would definitely hire Coast Valley again.

I first spoke with a gentleman named Daniel. He provided me made an appointment with me to meet at my house and provide an estimate. He was courteous and provided an accurate estimate which did not change once work was completed. He again called to confirm his drivers would show up on time. The two gentlemen (can't remember their names) showed up on time and went straight to work. Courteous as Daniel, they were very quick and effective. No damage was done and the whole process was complete in just a few hours, to include the trip to the storage facility.  I would definitely recommend them again.

Side note: All star, a competing company in the area wanted to charge me almost double the price!  Not to mention while the All Star moving company was at my house, he sat on the phone talking to someone else for almost ten minutes, wasting my time.
