We have an area rug that had yellow stains. After having another company attempt to clean it 6 times we decided to try Mountain Veiw. The tech was on time, very knowledgeable, and did exactly what he said he would. The pricing was great I had another company quote me 3 times as much. I am a customer for life

I was impressed that they knew that wool carpets should be steam cleaned only. I gave him the sizes and he gave me a price, and that is what they charged. The doorways were protected from the hoses. The service took about an hour. and every thing was neat and clean when they left.
