Our first experience with ASAP Appliance Service was an exceptional one. Charlene, the office coordinator, was able to schedule us for the following morning for a refrigerator repair. Lance came promptly the next morning and was very efficient in his repair. He was knowledgeable and communicated with us in explaining each step of his repair. He was neat and careful in his work. We were very happy with every step of our experience with this company. We will definitely call them again with appliance repairs as they arise - and know we will be treated honestly and responsibly.
