Arc Sound + Vision

They quoted one price for a job and then broke it down into two areas of to do the work in order to coordinate their schedule.  When the first part of the job was complete they turned around and said the quote was only for the first part of the job not the entire work we discussed.  When I decided not to do the second part of the job- to replace the wireless part of the audio visual system with hard wires- he became surly and abrupt.  Later when the receiver had problems it took 7 attempts to reach him to try to get it fixed.  Finally when he bothered to come out and look at the reciever he simply took it into a diagnostic center for testing.  After 3 weeks of having the reciever and not returned phone calls I finally got ahold of him.  Meanwhile the home had no TV, music, or other entertainment in place.  He broght back the receiver and said they could not find anything wrong with it.  After hooking the receiver back up it continued to have problems.  The receiver would simply shut down during start up mode and it took multiple attempts to turn it on.  I contacted another provider and after 10 minutes inspection he found the problem.  The system was wired incorrectly to start with and it took him about an hour to fix.  ARC is completely imcompetent, misleading, and lack all professionalism.
