Ralf Zimmermann is the owner of Zimmermann Construction. He is a fully licensed contractor. Ralf is an extremely professional and courteous individual. When we initially contacted him re: our home he gave us an estimate and told us that it would take two weeks. My husband was very particular with how he wanted our house to be painted (ie. primed, sealed, etc). Ralf's crew went beyond even our expectations. First of all, they are all his employees (no subs), second they arrived every day on time and in a great mood. They answered any and all questions I had with respect and patience. Ralf was on site often to check in and make sure everything was on schedule. They cleaned up any and all mess at the end of the day when they were done. They treated our house with the utmost of care as if it was their own home. They were finished in two weeks and our house looks amazing. Ralf is a perfectionist. I truly believe that I could not have found a better company in all of Orange County. I would highly recommended them and plan to use them in the future.
