Able Window Cleaning

Ian does my windows every year and does an excellent job. He cleans the windows inside and out, the sliding glass door, the screens and the window sills - and he never makes a mess in the house.

They were recommended to us by Total Perfection. They were OK but I just thought it was over priced.

The process and the job went very well.  This was the first time use of this service provider, a young man named Ian.  He showed up on time.  He had a clean and neat appearance, spoke well and has a pleasant personality and demeanor.  The windows and screens are clean and without streaks.  He cleaned the dirt and 'stuff' from the tracks from the bottom of each sliding window and door.  I will keep his info on file and definitely call him again do my windows whenever needed.  I have no problem recommending this service provider to my friends and neighbors.

He goes above and beyond--the windows and doors literally sparkle.  He also does a great job on the solar panels that are on the roof.  I highly recommend Able Window Cleaning.

Ian did an excellent job cleaning all the windows, screens and tracks.  He even cleaned some large mirrors without being asked. He is very neat and professional.  I will definitely hire him again!!

They arrived on time and were meticulous in their work. They used a lot of clean drop cloths to ensure there was no damage to furniture or carpets from possible drips. The windows were left sparkling and the screeens were clean. They even removed the dog door panel so that the sliding doors could be fully extended and that all surfaces could be washed.

The service was excellent. His service for the price is very reasonable.

I have a three story townhouse and it was no problem for Ian.  As always he was punctual, pleasant, did the work professionally (and quietly - I was working in my home office while he worked).   I'm 100% satisfied - he's my regular window cleaner from now on.

The house we were moving into have been vacant for a few months, and everything was covered in a layer of dirt and dust. The windows especially really needed a good scrubbing. We called Ian on a Tuesday and he came out that afternoon to give us an estimate. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We felt really comfortable that he would do a good job. We scheduled him to come that Thursday to do the work. On the day, he came in the morning, and got right to work. He was extremely thorough in his cleaning, and really got into the hard to reach places. And trust me, some of the windows had some caked on dirt. Our windows must have been more dirty that I thought, because he ended up spending close to 11 hours working on our house. His attention to detail was amazing, and despite the heat of the day and long hours, the last window he did was as just as good as the first window. We are extremely satisfied with Ian's work. Our windows and doors have never looked clearer. We would recommend Ian's service without reservation.
