He was very prompt and tried over 2 visits to fix the problem, but he didn't have the knowledge to fix it. If I had to do it again, I would have called a larger service center, such as Andersons's TV, or Best Buy.

TRI-CITY WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT. THE TV WAS DONE IN A DAY OR SO (WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE). I WAS QUITE HAPPY JUST TO FIND THEM AS THERE ARE VERY FEW OF THESE REPAIR SHOPS AROUND ANYMORE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

TRI CITY ELECTRONICS WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A NUMBER OF MY FRIENDS. THE ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM WITH MY TELEVISION AND FIX IT QUICKLY.
