San Carlos Kitchen and Bath dba Windows Unlimited

I was told that install would take 2-3 days and 3 weeks total to include final stucco work. We had a bit of delays: dry rot that needed to be repaired (1 day of work), reordering of one door (1 week) and some rain delays. While the actual work has been impeccable, we are going on 3 months and the work is still not complete...still waiting for the final stucco coat. There was a poor communication and management of sub-contractors. We were using this as a trial to see if we wanted to use Windows Unlimited to replace all the windows (about 20 total). This will not be happening.

I got them through a family reference which also gave me the family pricing. The workers were wonderful. They came in when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. They kept the area clean and the installers were very professional.
