We had interviewed a few other cabinet companies before we ran into Quesco so we already had a general design in mind. Todd came out to measure for the design and gave me some great tips for things to ask contractors that we were hiring. He's got a lot of great advice for new to remodel folks. They listened to what we wanted and made some suggestions to the design. They were very cost conscious, which we appreciated. They're really lovely to talk to - every time I drop in the whole staff yells my name like I'm Norm in Cheers. We had some stuff not arrive in the order and they expedited the shipment of the pieces to me. All in all it was a great experience, we have gorgeous new cabinets, and I'd tell all my friends to go there.

They are a great company. They offer a wide selection of cabinets. They are very helpful.

They are the most rotten freaking company in the entire world. They are horrifying. They don’t return phone calls, they don’t fix anything and they don’t stand by their products. The cabinets were so crooked that we couldn’t get the ovens in. So we had to shave down the sides of them. The contractor took three extra days and ended up having to cut a hole in the back because they weren’t square. The doors on the pantry are worked and my contractor said that we can’t adjust them anymore because they are worked. I am just basically screwed. I am upset every time I look at them. Their price was the highest. But the reason I went with them is my contractor said that you get what you pay for. He talked me out of going to Home Depot, Lowes and Costco. The owner came and looked at it and said that it was awful. He said that I have to go back to the manufacturer.

I needed to order a replacement part so I used the company that I purchased the original cabinets from them. Our interaction was simple and easy. I described what I needed, they took my information down, they looked at my file to figure out what style, color and price, they called me back about 20 minutes later, they faxed me the sheet and I faxed it back, the part came in about 2 weeks later, and I just drove by and picked it up.

Outstanding support. I would recommend them to everybody. We are thinking of doing a bathroom remodeling job and if so, are looking at using them again.

Tonya was fantastic to work with. She followed up with us with calls to ensure we received faxes and phone messages. She turned around changes to our design quickly as well. She kept in contact to keep us informed of our delivery time frames and the time estimates were accurate. The owner of the shop, Todd, did our measurements before we confirmed our order and was very nice as well. I certainly recommend them!!
