I GOT BIDS FROM EIGHT ORNAMENTAL IRON COMPANIES IN THE REGION, AND ONLY PROFUSION TOOK THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WE WANTED AND TO MAP IT OUT ON PAPER. DON WALSH OWNS PROFUSION AND UNDERSTANDS IRON FOR CUSTOM HOMES. HE TOOK THE TIME TO PLOT HIS DESIGN ON LARGE PAPER SO WE COULD SEE AND DISCUSS IT. THE END RESULT IS A BEAUTIFUL RAILING THAT IS A WORK OF ART. THE JOB WAS DELAYED FROM PLAN BY VARIOUS FACTORS NOT UNDER DON'S CONTROL, AND SOME THAT WERE. WE HAD BUDGETED ENOUGH TIME TO COMPENSATE. DON IS SLOW TO RESPOND TO VOICE MESSAGES, AND WHEN IT'S BAD NEWS, YOU HAVE TO TRACK HIM DOWN. HOWEVER, HE IS QUITE A REASONABLE MAN AND DELIVERS EXCELLENT END-PRODUCT.
