We are a Piano Tuning and Repair company serving the San Francisco Bay Area for over twenty years. We are dedicated to delivering top quality service at reasonable rates. Piano techicians Tim Jasnau and Dave Gordon team up to service pianos in Los Altos, Palo Alto, San Mateo, San Francisco and everywhere in between! Our piano work is done by appointment. Day, evening, and weekend appointments available. We offer the complete range of Piano Services you might need including tuning, repair, restoration, appraisals, pre-purchase evaluations and more.

Excellent. I called Tim and we set up an appointment right away. He called 1/2 hour before he was to be at my house and told me he would be 15 minutes late. He showed up at the time he said he would. He knew right away how to address the problem. He had to dismantle a couple of pieces of the piano and when he got the cover out, discovered that the spring on one end was bent. He had to work it awhile but it is now completely fixed. He then tuned the piano and did an excellent job. He charged me $125 dollars for the tuning, which is standard and $50 for fixing the cover, which I thought was very reasonable.

They answered all my questions when I called to see if they could do the work. They showed up on time and explained what they would do while they were there. They did the work expertly and professionally. I would definitely hire them again.
