The woman I dealt with (Debra Piazza) was quite nice, the price was good, and the carpet looked great after installation. I had two problems. The installers got some type of glue on the screen of my large screen TV, which was not that difficult to remove. What annoyed me was they denied doing it and insisted they could not have been the culprits since I was ''watching them like a hawk the entire time'', (this is what Debra Piazza's husband and co-owner of the company told me the workers said). The fact is I was in another room entertaining my 6 month old twins and never left the room all day except to warm milk. On a more serious note, the sloppiness of the workers also resulted in them leaving a broken piece of razor blade on my carpet right where my girls play with regularity. hey also denied doing this, but it was obviously left there by them.
