 + -1 moreWe were extremely pleased. My husband is a retired electronic engineer with fifty years of work experience. The problem was that the video output from the audio/video amplifier which was connected to the TV's video input no longer would produce a picture. My husband and I tried everything but the problem remained. After hours and hours of troubleshooting, my husband finally turned to Logicworks. Matt Nifield of Logicworks was willing to come even on a Sunday and was able to resolve the problem within fifteen minutes. We were amazed! Mr. Nifield was prompt, pleasant, and very clever.
Description of Work: We could not get a picture out of our DVR on our TV. For some unknown reason, it just stopped. Logicworks' Matt Nifield was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it.
