I did not have a chance to tell anyone along the way that I had only a modest batch ready for removal. Onsite rep said, "I can tell you've never used our service before." He was unsure how to charge for small load. On the other hand, if I'd had an apartment FULL of stuff, the two guys would have suffered, manpower-wise. I accept my full 50% blame if I misunderstood anything along the way. Also, I tipped, but it somehow didn't seem enough...ho-hum...if less fee, I could have tipped more. I otherwise am grateful for timeliness, sturdy staff, good attitude. Got my money's worth. Thank you.

Seamless response. I booked on line to remove junk from clearing out our house for a move, they confirmed via email. The day of the appointment, they called with a heads-up and showed up within 10 minutes. Based on volume of junk, they gave me an estimate and had everything loaded in 15 minutes. They even honored a Angie's List coupon that I couldn't print out because I had packed my printer!

They were professional and very informative. While I didn't want any of the items, I knew someone would. They talked to me about how they filter through all items, and donate items, and reuse items, and recycle. It was amazing all that the company does, and made me feel better about utilizing them as I didn't want to take the time to do all of that. I will definitely use them again next spring when I clean out a big shed in my backyard!!!!

I was quoted a price which was more then I had, told him what amount I had and he adjusted what I could get rid of and worked out great for me. The guys were right on time and were friendly and didn't mind the spiders in some of the stuff!

There was a bit of delay since it was busy day and they had a couple of other stops (even though we had the 8-10a slot). However, once they reached our home, they were really efficient and cleared out everything in 15 mins.
