Cabinet Making
PRICE INCLUDED 18 PIECES OF MAPLE CABINETS AND DESIGN OF NEW KITCHEN. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE SALESMAN MEASURED THE SPACE INCORRECTLY AND A COUPLE OF CABINETS WON'T FIT IN. IT DELAYED THE COMPLETION OF THE REMODELING BY THREE WEEKS TO REORDER THE CABINETS. WHEN THE CABINETS ARRIVED, IT WAS MISSING THE MOLDINGS. WE COMPLAINED TO THE COMPANY BUT THE MANAGER WILL NOT REFUND ANY CREDIT TO COMPENSATE THE SALESMAN'S MISTAKE. THEY RARELY RETURNED MY CALLS.

I HAD SOME PROBLEMS AT FIRST BUT THEY WERE RECTIFIED. I BELIEVE THE MAJOR PROBLEM WAS IN A COMMUNCATION GAP BETWEEN THE SALESPERSON AND MYSELF.
