FERNANDO THE NEAT PAINTING

Great. Fernando is very communicative and understood (and always remembered) what I wanted and explained how they would do the work. The painters were very nice, worked fast and were very tidy. The whole process was quite easy. I think I had gotten about 4 bids. Fernando was not the lowest but also not the highest and I remember a couple of the other painters I interviewed had wanted to take some shortcuts. So I felt like I did get good value for the price relative to some of the other quotes I got.

The house had not been painted for over twenty years. The deck railings had more dry rot than anticipated which extended the paint job from two weeks to nearly three. All interactions with the crew were professional, courteous and friendly. They arrived on time and left the site orderly and without too much disruption each night. They used only rollers and brush's - no spraying which I think gives a better paint job. Neighbors commented on how good the paint job looked. The only issue I had was some of the items I had stored under one of the decks had not been replaced when they had finished. Also a couple of windows had paint drips which had not been removed. Overall though I would highly recommend this company the quality of work is excellent.

The house looks great now, it is an older house. The job took 6 days instead of the 4 days estimated but they didn't charge me any extra. They were the lowest estimate. The kitchen cabinets were painted a different color than I asked for without calling me because he said it would cost more for the color I wanted. I would have prefered to pay more and wish he had called me.

He did excellent work all the way around. I would recommend him.

The entire experience was exceptional. The house had not been painted for 18 year and the wood siding looked terrible and was in bad shape. Fernando provided a competitive bid for painting the exterior. His crew was composed of experienced painters who performed superior work in surface preparation and repair as well as paint application. Close attention was paid to details and site clean-up was performed daily. The project was completed within the originally estimated time period. The final results far exceeded our expectations and Fernando the Neat receives our highest recommendation.
