The work was done fantastically. Erik is personable, a diligent and hard worker. He also has about 30 years experience so my job was handled by someone who saw it as a very simple repair. He brought a truck with all the necessary equipment and took from 9:30 am til' 3:30 pm to complete the repair and restore power. As already stated he also took it upon himself to get PGE to repair their power line as well. I was in excellent hands and his work greatly and completely resolved the worries I had about lack of power for at least another week. I highly, highly recommend him to anyone seeking this kind of help. His company is lucky to have him.
