In a couple of cases she went looking through catalogs to find things that exactly meet our needs. They then delivered, for the low price of $10 per delivery, everything to our house. Everything went well and was delivered in a timely manner. For the couple of things there were problems with, they took care of it. They were a real pleasure to work with.

This husband and wife team prefer to work by setting up appointments with clients. You are welcome to go in and look around, but don't expect help because they are focused on the people who have appointments. They recently moved into the current space, which is 10x better than their old space. They have a great selection of fixtures from the basic to the outlandish. They have a shower display so that you can see different shower heads in action. They guided our selection of shower and bath fixtures. Both Jeff and Diane know the products and can help you identify items to meet your needs and budget. Because Jeff and Diane own the place, they are more interested in building their reputation and providing quality service. You don't get a strong sales pitch. Their customer service is great. There was a mix up in one of my orders and they delivered the right fixture to my house.
