This is our second major remodeling project with him. He is extremely honest and hardworking, he has a great eye for design detail and was able to successfully work through the inevitable issues that come up with any project and come up with a solution that made us happy and fit our budget. For example, our architect made a design mistake with the roofline, and Hans was able to compensate for the mistake during the build. We think he is a terrific contractor and continue to work with him on smaller projects.
Description of Work: Hans built a new master bedroom suite addition on our home and made several other updates to our house. We worked with an architect but Hans did all the execution. It was a large 800 sf addition, and he did everything from the ground up, including the custom finishes, closets etc. He worked with us closely on decisions like the height of the vanity, marking things off and enabling us to test them to get it right.
