He mis-calculated the square footage for the building. When support was submitted, he attempted to discount it. But the worst part was his unprofessionalism in responding to my concerns. Despite requesting, several times, a meeting and also emailing him and even pointing out his mathematical error, he never even bothered to reply or even respond. We made the mistake of paying him before he had made corrections. I would never recommend him to anyone.
