A contractor had used Mark for some sub work earlier so he was a known quantity, to an extent, but I was very impressed by his work and how he stuck to his word about the cost of the job. He took out an old ugly vanity and crudely connected drain pipe and replaced it with a Kohler pedestal sink and faucet that I had bought. His quoted cost was hourly and was exactly right, according to his initial guesstimate. Very cleanly done.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He showed up when he said he would and kept in contact with me as we were waiting for other contractors to complete their work. His estimates were accurate and his billing was detailed and understandable -- no surprises.
