They came to my home and started it up again. They were friendly & knowledgeable and charged a reasonable price. I will call them again if there are ever problems with this clock.

They really seemed to know what they were doing and fixed it. There was some problem when I brought it home and they readily took responsibility and took care of whatever it was. They also gave me advice about my other grand father clock which I had never been there before. I was told it was necessary to have it cleaned once a year and they told me absolutely not, in fact it could be harmful. That's not really in their interest so I appreciated that. I definitely felt confident about them and would go back and recommend them.

In 2008 I brought my antique clock in for an estimate for cleaning, tuning and refinishing the oak cabinet. I did not know what the background on the clock was and they gave me all of the information on the age and kind of clock it was. They were very helpful and I decided to have the work done on it. They did inform me that it would be about a year and half for them to get the work done. I saw the inventory of clocks they had so I felt they knew what they were doing. About a year and a half later I picked up the clock and was thrilled to have this family heirloom back to enjoy. I could not be happier with the care and results and it was worth the wait. If turnaround time is not an issue, I would highly recommend them. It is a family run business and it is obvious they love doing this work.
