Installation went smoothly. After about 1 year, the door hinge sagged so the door wouldn't close properly; there's only about 1/8 inch clearance between the door and the wall. They serviced it promptly and since then it has been fine.

The first job entails a new shower stall. It almost collapsed because the installer forgot to screw the parts together. I called them to come fix it and they charged me for fixing it! Graded this F. The second job was excellent installing a shower stall again. Graded this A. So, I averaged the two jobs and gave them a C.

I called CB after seeing the rating on Angie's List. I coordinated with Roxanne who was very accommodating. They came out and measured the space and were very helpful and the glass to a few weeks to manufacture which worked out great timing wise for the bathroom to be completed. The guys came out to install it and were punctual and professional and it was such an easy process. We are renovating another bathroom and this has a tub and we called CB again to have them measure and fabricate a glass panel as well and so far so great.
