They're horrible. They only work 9:00 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 3:00. You have no wiggle room with them and they take forever, because they're not working enough hours. They should be coming at 8:00 and working until 5:00. They aren't there enough hours to get the work done and they take forever. There was a buckling issue but they came back and fixed it. They were good about that. The installation looked nice. They did a good job on that.

It did not go well.  This provider is a subcontractor whose name and phone number were given to me by Lowe's.  Our initial conversation went okay, though I thought his answers to some of my questions and concerns were a little too quick.  Things really went south after he provided Lowe's with a bid on installing my hardwood floors.  He lied to Lowe's about the condition of my existing hardwood floors beneath my existing carpet.  He told Lowe's that my existing hardwood floors were damaged in several places, despite the fact that he did not pull up the carpet and had no way of knowing that.  He also did not know that I was present in my home when the carpets were installed, and I know exactly the condition of the existing hardwood--it is not damaged at all.  I think he was attempting to get more money from me on the job.  Then, when I came back with lots of detailed questions about the bid I was given, I did not receive satisfactory answers.  I quickly decided to run the other direction and not go with this company.  I highly recommend that others do the same.
