The projects went extremely well. Mike Cacci did an excellent job of scheduling, project management and quality control. I have remodeled 7 houses in the US and Europe and Cacci is clearly the best contractor I have worked with. I will certainly contact him to bid for any future building or remodeling.

Mike Cacci is the best contractor I've worked with (I have remodeled 7 houses). He was very thorough and responsive. The job was very well organized and run. The craftsmanship was top quality, the people involved were professional and courteous. It was a pleasant experience all around.

He is extremely competent. He provided a schedule of when things were going to happen and they actually happened on the day that he said. He works with a team and he uses sub contractors if he needs them. His price is sort of medium. I didn't interview any other contractors. I would prefer not to cut corners and get an inferior product. He has worked on the house three times. He is so good at getting things done and his people are so nice.
